Araf Shardd is a 24-year-old professional golfer of Bangladeshi descent. Shardd began playing at the age of 12 and turned professional in 2013 after having a fairly successful amateur career, which included multiple wins and top-10 finishes globally. A graduate of Harrow School and Middlesex University in North London, Shardd is a hardworking pro golfer who is inspired to make his mark in world golf. Currently he is playing on the Asian Tour and Asian Development Tour full-time and has strong aspirations to join the European Tour.
